Green Crest Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) will collect customer’s information -- to the extent necessary -- by lawful and fair methods within purposes of use as consented to upon collection thereof.

The Company may collect:

Customer’s full name, complete physical address with zip/postal code, phone number, e-mail address, destination port name, and destination country name. We may also request the notify-party’s name, address, phone number and the email address.

The Company shall use personal information collected from its customers for the following purposes:

1. Sales and Export of Japan mini trucks, mini chiller trucks or other vehicles handled by the Company
2. Responding to inquiries on inventory and other transactions etc.
3. Responding to general inquiries
4. Billing, transportation, insurance, custom clearance, pre-export inspection, shipping and documents delivery.

The Company shall disclose personal information only to the individuals, companies and authorities necessary for used car export. We share your information with:

• the Bank where your payment arrives;
• the shipping company we use to ship your vehicle(s);
• our shipping agent, who performs the customs clearance in Japan and helps load the vehicle on the vessel;
• inspection authorities where a pre-export inspection is required;
• the inland transport company that transports the vehicle to the shipping port;
• the insurance company with whom we insure the transaction; and
• the DHL courier service that delivers the documents to your destination address.

Apart from the above, we are required to share your information with our Tax Accountant and Tax Authorities to maintain a proper accounting system and pay our taxes.

If approached by any legal authority to provide your information in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, we are obligated to share your information.

Except as mentioned above, the Company will not provide any of your personal information to any third party without prior consent from the customer.
